Measure Up Bowl Review

As most of you know I am trying my hardest to lose some major weight. That's why I am so excited to announce the measure up bowl! The measure up bowl is portion control in a bowl! It takes the guess work out of calorie counting! It was invented by a mom named Heather Harvey who was struggling with losing weight after having babies. Then one morning while measuring out her cereal,  though it would be so much easier if the measurements for what she was eating was inside of the bowl she was eating out of. Then she wouldn't need to wash or store the measuring cups. It would eliminate a whole step. She looked for it and could not find it anywhere. So she started developing the Measure Up Bowl.
I received the combination measure up bowls for review. The combination measure up bowls includes  the classic measure up bowl and the small measure up bowl. The Classic Measure Up Bowl is great for measuring cereals, fruits, soups, chilis, pastas, rice, salads...Anything you eat of a bowl! The Classic features 1/2, 1, 1-1/2 and 2 cups premeasured portions on the interior of the bow. The Small Measure Up Bowl is perfect for the calorie-dense, high-fat foods that have a smaller serving size. Nuts, granola and ICE CREAM, just to name a few. The Small features 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 cup premeasured portions on the interior of the bowl. .

This really makes portion control so much easier. Now that I have been watching my portions closer my kids are now doing the same thing. She is suppose to be working on a plastic kids version which I am so going to get.

You can buy your own measure up bowl here.
