Torani Syrups Review!

I recently got to try Torani Syrups! I have been wanting to try them for awhile just never gotten around to it. I received Vanilla Bean and  Peppermint to try. I have to say I love the fact that I don't have to visit the coffee house to get a drink I want no more!

I have to say my favorite is Peppermint Mocha's during the holiday season. I have to say vanilla bean cappuccino are great as well! I had so much fun recreating my favorite drinks!

The great thing is Torani has tons of different flavor syrups you are bound to find one you love!

As Thanksgiving is approaching everyone is getting ready and prepared for the holiday! I love this time of year! We always celebrate Thanksgiving with friends and family I think this year we have close to 40 this year! 

Of course I am preparing one of the two turkeys. Do you have a certain way you prepare and cook your turkey? I either bake or fry ours but this year I am baking it due to the time.

Simone France Skin Care Review and Giveaway!

I recently got the luxury of  trying Simone France Body Buff and Body Glow.

Can I tell you I absolutely love it! Their are several ways to use the Body Buff. One is where you scrub it on and wash it off with soap. I personally didn't try that one as I wanted the nice moisturizing benefits of it. So, what I did was wash with my soap. Then afterwards scrub with the Body Buff and rinse off. I promise you will love how moisturized and soft your skin is afterwards! I also loved the smell of the scrub which to me smelled like lemon drops. My husband informed me that it smelled so good it made him want to bite me. Eeek!

Then after you get out of the shower and dry off you just lotion with the Body Glow for added softness. I really love it! I have to say I feel kinda of spoiled using it! Now I don't have to worry about drying out! And a add bonus for me is that neither the scrub or lotion are super strong smelling as being pregnant this super sense of smell is no fun.

National Pizza Month!

Did you know that October is National Pizza Month? It was first observed in the United States during 1984 and designated by Gerry Durnell, the founder of Pizza Today magazine.

So, this month I let the kids do the pizza cooking! I bought Thomas English Muffins, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Hormel Pizza Toppings! They had a several choices Italian Sausage Crumbles, Beef Crumbles, and/or Turkey Pepperoni.

They got creative and made several different kinds. Some are just cheese pizza eaters. While the others went wild with the toppings! Over all they had a blast! It made for a very simple meal that they ask for now all the time. I can't eat pizza right now so I didn't join in the fun. The joys of morning sickness and pizza just don't agree with me.

The picture says it all! We are expecting #8 May 29th, 2013. I could be off and be due as late as June 1st. But either way we all know babies never come on their due dates. Mine like to bake as long as possible. So, I know it won't be early!

Won't be posting for a couple days!

Due to getting a horrible stomach bug that my kids shared with my I won't be posting for the next couple days. I am trying to recover. I feel horrible and ache all over. My poor stomach is so sore.

I pray none of ya'll get it! It is so not fun. Especially when you are pregnant! That is right we are 8 wks pregnant with #8. I am so excited. Praying it's a boy. Although a few of my family been saying twins. We shall see soon enough!

Re-Body Hunger Chews Review!

 

 

I recently tried Re-Body Hunger Chews. I was kinda iffy at first as I never really believe stuff to work. I was surprised!

 

It says to take one twice a day before meals. I took mine before breakfast and lunch. They are very sweet at least to me.But they do work. At first you expect it to work right off. Nope! You do have to give your body a chance to adjust. I will say by the second day I was not feeling hunger in the evenings. I ended up not eating supper twice because I just wasn't hunger.So, I just started eating a salad for supper instead.

 

I do excerise regularly and I didn't see any weightloss per say as much as inches. My clothes started getting loose. But the scale said I weighed the same. I do work out with weights and muscle weighs more then fat.

 

So, if you are looking for something to help your appetite control. I really would recommend giving Re-Body Hunger Chews a try! I will be getting some more!

Creativity for Kids Review and Giveaway!

I love being crafty and doing fun things with my kids. So, I was excited to get 3 Creativity for Kids Kits to have fun with my girls! 

My little ones and I did the Mossy Meadows Gnome Garden. They loved it. I let them paint the dish, plant the seeds, and decorate how they wanted it to look. I helped with making the house. We had a blast together doing it!

I am so glad that my girls can be crafty! I love being crafty myself. So, I am always looking for things for them to use their creative side! I can't say how much fun it was to work with all my girls doing these crafts. It gave us some time together to have fun!

Family Fun Month

With work, school just getting back in swing, sports and other activities, it can often be more difficult than anticipated to spend quality time with your family or loved ones. This month set some time aside and plan a evening for the family as August is Family Fun Month!

I know my kids love it when we have a family night. We try to do it once a week but with everything going on sometimes that don't work out. Our goal is to set aside 1 night a week to have time as a family. Our favorite thing to do is play board games.

I usually try to make some yummy snacks. Our favorite is mini pizzas using Thomas English muffins. I use those and put pizza sauce on them and Hormel pepperoni minis. Of course we top them off with whatever cheese the kids want. Makes for a very yummy snack!

Sorry for the lack of post!

I want to apologize for the lack of post last week. I have been crazy busy getting the kids back in the gear of school. This year we are doing Kindergarten, 6th grade, 8th grade, and 9th grade. So, it is a very busy school year for me. 

Also, my baby turned 1 I will get some pictures up of that. She had a blast and really loved her cake. The first one of mine to actually dig into it so it was exciting.

Then my loving husband got into a motorcycle accident. Which Praise God he only walked away with road rash on his right arm. I am so thankful that was all he got as he could of been worse off. It was the other guys fault as he pulled out in front of him. He didn't even see my husband. But now we are waiting on the insurance to see what they are going to do about his motorcycle they are talking about totaling it out which would be fine by us. 

So, as you can see it has been a crazy week last week and hopefully this week won't be as crazy.

My Free Payless Shopping Trip

I went to payless as I had 3 $2 off coupons from doing the surveys from previous purchases at the bottom of the receipts. So, I headed in and got 2 pairs of socks clearances to $2 each and the Hello Kitty hat clearances to $2. My total was $0.00 I didn't even have to pay tax and I let them do the socks together like a dummy so I only got 2 surveys to do for $2 off instead of 3. But can't beat free.

Simple Green Review and Giveaway!

Simple Green is one of my favorite cleaners as it is multi-purpose. I love that it comes in a concentrated formula of 32 oz which can go a very long way. The best part about that is you chose the strength for the job you need to get done. 

If you have a heavy cleaning job you use 1 oz Simple Green to 1 cup of water. If you have a light cleaning job you use 1 oz Simple Green to 4 cups of water. I use the light cleaning for my counter and just cleaning around the house. My husband loves using it outside as a degreaser. It's his favorite so I have to kinda hide the bottle or he will use it all up super fast. This is non-toxic, concentrated and biodegradable. You can use it anywhere and feel confident that you house will be clean in a safe way.

It will tell you if your asthma is "not well controlled" or "poorly controlled" according to National Institute for Health guidelines. 

This app amazes me and I am glad it is out there. I don't have anyone that suffers from asthma in my family anymore. My 11 yr old use to have asthma when she was a baby so I know how scary it can be. I am so thankful that she don't have it no more.
