Trim Treads Review and Giveaway!

You always hear that walking is great exercise! Well add Trim Treads to the mix and you get toning as well!

I received a brown pair of their sandals to try. I have to say I was skeptical at first. These look like flip flops with a wedge underneath. So, I tried them on and started walking around in them. It was hard at first to balance but after awhile I got the hang of it. I then decided to try some of the different ways to use them. Oh my gosh after workng my calves for about 2 minutes I felt the burn! I really can feel and tell a difference in my legs and my balance. 

 A good thing about these is the quality of the foot straps, they were extra plush like a terrycloth robe, and wide enough to not cut into the feet when walking. Which is a big plus as I have had some flops that after a couple hours leave a blister inbetween the toe. That wouldn't be fun in these for sure.
