I love baking! My husband loves it when I make good deserts! You know the saying a way to a man's heart is through his stomach!
I made up this yummy light and fluffy cake Pictured below!
It's very simple to make!
1 box of Angel Food Cake
1 container of strawberries
1 container of blueberries
1 container of raspberries
1 tub of cream cheese frosting
1 small jar of fudge topping
1 small jar of caramel topping
Make the Angel food cake according to the box. Spray pans with nonstick cooking spray. Pour batter into 8 or 9 inch cake pans. You don't need a lot of batter in each I just make sure it's equal among all 4 cake pans. Bake it for 20 mins at 350 degrees. Loosen cake while it's hot. After cake has cooled. Place one layer of cake down add sliced strawberries all over. Then heat the cream cheese frosting till runny about 30 seconds drizzle it over the strawberries then place another layer of cake on top. Drizzle cream cheese frosting on that layer and then add blueberries and drizzle a little more icing on top of them. If you don't drizzle some of the frosting down before the blueberries tend to roll off. Then add the next layer of cake and place sliced raspberries on top. I slice them down the middle. Drizzle with cream cheese frosting. Then add the last layer of cake. Heat the toppings in the microwave to make them runny. I drizzle the fudge and the caramel over the top. Top with a strawberry if you want. :) Cut and enjoy! I always have half a tub of frosting left and of course plenty of the fudge and caramel topping to do another cake.
