Not so Wordless Wednesday- How much is postage for this?

The other day I find my 3 1/2 yr old doing this to my 2 yr old.

I guess she was trying to ship her little sister away! We all had a good laugh. She actually got in the box herself with her pillow pet and blanket it. Her big sister was just like lay still I am going to close you up! 

What silly things do your little ones do? Please share as I always could use a good laugh!

Not so Wordless Wednesday! New Baby!

Joanna was born August 12th at 11:21 am weighing 8 lbs 12 ozs and 21 1/2 inches long. We are very Blessed that she arrived safely as you can see below their was a knot in her cord. The doctor said I was very fortunate not to have experienced any problems during my pregnancy as she had to do that early on. It didn't tighten till she was born. Praise God!

Here is my birth story:

I woke up at 2:30 am with painful contractions. I tried to go back to sleep but the anticipation of having another was keeping me awake. At that time they weren't regular at all. But by 3:30 they were 10 mins apart and lasting 1 min. So their was no sleeping then. I tried to rest on the couch and let hubby sleep as much as possible. I got up and ate something at 4:00 am as I was hungry. By 4:30 my contractions were 7 mins apart and lasting up to a minute and a half. So, I decided to wake hubby up and us start packing and getting ready.

So, I call my support team so they could be getting ready as well. By the time I got all my stuff packed and my little ones dropped off we arrived at the hospital at 5:49 am. I got up to Labor and Delivery and hooked up to the monitors. They checked me and said I was 3 cm, 50% effaced and -3 station. Which was no change except for the effaced part since my doctor appointment the day before.

The doctor came in and said I could go home and come back later or she could break my water and we could go from their. I said ok you can break my water as no since in going home and coming back later that day. She left so the nurse could get all my stuff set up and by the time she came back I was already 4 cm, 50% effaced and -2 station. So, it was nice to make some progress.

She broke my water and I labored naturally till I hit 9 cm and got a epidural. I just couldn't see no light at the end of the tunnel and I know if I was able to get out of that bed and sway a little I could of finished natural. But am thankful that I was able to get my epidural as the guy almost didn't make it in time.

I had her 2 hours after my water broke. I am so greatful that she is alive and healthy! Here she is with her head full of hair. All that indegestion and heartburn paid off again!

This is what happens after you are done! I couldn't get her to take a nap so she wore herself out that she put herself to sleep. I for one couldn't sleep like that.

Hives! My poor baby had a allergic reaction to something she ate. So, it's been no picnic this week and it sure does make a mommy feel horrible.

This is a picture of me 26 wks pregnant. Oh I look huge in the picture! But I don't think I look that big in person. Oh well only 3 more months to go!

Wordless Wednesday-New Dress!

My lovely 3 yr old has been begging me to make her a new dress. So, she asked her daddy to buy her some fabric for mommy to make her a new dress! As she can see she is overexcited and she went threw the house modeling it for everyone. I am not done with it I am going to add a emblishment to the front and make her a headband or bow to go with it.

Wordless Wednesday- Baby!

I got another glimpse of my baby Monday at my dr appt. Which was nice considering how many losses I have experienced. Boy it was having a blast in their. I got to see it's tiny feet and hands. As you can see that is it's hand near it's face. I felt it move for the first time yesterday! Next ultrasound is in March that's when we will find out what this little bean is. Can't wait!

Wordless Wednesday- Christmas Pictures!

These are our Christmas photos for this year. Of course being a big family it is a challenge to get everyone to smile. Next year we are doing these earlier so I can get some better scenery.

This picture is huh? I thought it was too cute and she looks all grown.

This picture I took using my new flash and just so happened she found the rest of her sandwich she threw on the floor to eat. Lovely! She was trying to figure out what that new thing was on top of my camera that kept flashing at her. So, now I know how to keep her looking at the camera just add my flash.

My Little ones wanted to help mommy work in the kitchen getting cake ready for Thanksgiving. So, I let them like the beaters. What a nice treat for such hard work. Hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving!
