As many of you know I have been working on potty training my soon to be 2 yr old. Who will be 2 this Sunday! Geesh where did the time go? In hopes to have her fully potty trained by the time I have this next one. Well we have had ups and downs. But the other day I was talking to my husband on the phone and told him she went through 6 pairs of training panties that morning. She was being rebellious no doubt. He said why don't you put her in regular panties and just put some plastics over that way she gets really uncomfortable. I was like okay it's worth a shot. I had small panties from Faith so I dug those out and put them on her with plastics over. Let me tell you she told me the rest of the day when she had to go potty!
Now what is up with that? I am assuming that she just wants to be like her bigger sissy. She wants to do whatever she does anyways. But geesh I was like if we knew this sooner I would of never wasted my time in making her trainers. It's the little things! It was one of those why didn't I think of this sooner moments for sure! :)
Well that is just awesome! I hope she is still doing well. My 2 year old (who turned 2 in December!) has been in pull-ups since then and THIS WEEK she has been in panties & dry & no accidents. I thought she'd be going to kindergarten in pull-ups, lol! She just flat-out refused!
